SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping for UK Orders over £40

For orders to the UK over £40 we offer a 48hr Royal Mail Tracked Service:
For orders to the UK under £40 we offer Royal Mail 1st Class Service
Delivery time is estimated between 2-3 working days.

For Worldwide orders we offer:

· Free shipping for orders over £70

·  A shipping fee of £9.95 for orders under £70 in Europe

· A shipping fee of £11.95 for purchases under £70  for Rest of the World

Delivery time is estimated between 7-14 working days however please bear in mind that customs may sometimes cause additional delays.
We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process.

RETURNS POLICY

We have put a great deal of love and care into creating our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please send an email to hello@scillarose.co within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund for you. Please note that returns must be in their original packaging.

Remarks:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@scillarose.co and we will send you a return address label.

5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. If you are shipping an item over £35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
